Refund and Exchange

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order. To start your Refund/Exchange request, send us an email to iceiceita@gmail.com

. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed once the package has arrived at our facilities.
